Approximately 1,500 workers, both Romanian and foreign, mainly from Asia, worked on the construction phase of the Palas Campus project that the Iulius group is developing in Iasi. The complex, which will eventually include six buildings, is fully leased, and four buildings have already been contracted by Amazon. In addition to the Americans from Amazon, ten other tenants have already signed, all with activity in the field of technology and IT.
“In total, there will be 54,000 sqm for office rent and 6,000 sqm for retail, consisting of 40 commercial spaces located on the ground floor of the office buildings. The investment is EUR 120 million, and the project will be ready this year, and will have its official inauguration in March 2023 “, says Sebastian Mahu, head of asset management at Iulius.
