Panattoni Europe has commenced the final stage in the build-out of Panattoni Park Czeladź. The new 10,700-square-metre facility will be leased by Johnson Electric Poland, part of a transnational Group from the electrotechnical engineering sector, a leading provider of components for automotive applications, household appliances, industrial and medical automation systems. The investment will consist of industrial space (8,100 sqm) as well as office and staff facilities (2,600 sqm), and will house production and assembly lines moved from the Group’s other plants.

Panattoni Park Czeladź is a modern manufacturing and distribution centre in the heart of the Silesian conurbation, which at present contains two facilities with a total space of 36,000 sqm. In the course of the expansion, the third and final building will be erected. As a result, at full build-out Panattoni Park Czeladź will offer a total of 46,700 sqm of modern industrial space. The park lies to the east of Czeladź, directly upon the national road no 86 from Warsaw to Cieszyn, near the junction with road no 88 from Bytom to Olkusz. The complex is situated in the vicinity of the junction linking the A4 motorway with the S1 expressway. It is as little as 30 km from Pyrzowice Airport.
