MCSyncro, a JIT supplier for the automotive industry, will lease 7,000 sqm in a BTS facility at Prologis Park Nitra. Construction has already broke ground, with completion set for the first quarter of next year. The deal was brokered by Branislav Jendek, managing partner and head of industrial at 108 AGENCY Slovakia. MCSyncro will supply wheels to Jaguar Land Rover’s Nitra plant. The first wheels will be assembled in Q2 2018. A team of 40 will be working out of MCSyncro’s Prologis Park Nitra facility to start. The company is planning to double its production at the site in the coming years.
