AXI IMMO advised the tenant during the lease process. Prologis Park Błonie is located 25 km from Warsaw and offers 152,000 sqm of warehouse and office space. “We were looking for a space in the facility where we would have the opportunity for future expansion. The higher standard of space and location was also important for us,” said Rafał Kieszkowski, 123lazienka.pl founder & owner. “We wanted a warehouse in a location similar to the previous one, mainly due to our employees, because we did not want to change the conditions and time of commuting to work diametrically. We chose the Prologis Park Błonie, which met our needs the most,” he added.
