According to The Guardian’s HousePrices blog, a house measuring just 213 centimeters in width has gone on sale in London for GBP 235,000. The blog reports that the house was built on top of what likely used to be a driveway between two normally-sized homes. It cites an estate agent who claims that a buy-to-let owner could hope to fetch roughly GPB 1,300 per month by leasing out the property. That happens to be close to the house’s price per centimeter, which works out to GPB 1,103.
