The real estate consulting agency 24REAL managed to successfully sold 12 buildings, whose value amounted to over EUR 1.8 million, a land plot of EUR 1 million in the center of Bucharest in 2021 and secured over 10,000 sqm office space.
“Last year, we traded properties totaling over EUR 1.8 million, which put the residential segment in first place in terms of revenue generated, even in the first year of activity in this sector. The most sought after properties were and will remain the ones with an average budget, with prices of approximately EUR 100,000, 2-3 room apartments in particular, located in the vicinity of a subway station,” said Oscar Răceanu, Head of Residential Division at 24REAL.
The most sought after properties were those in the central and northern areas, these being among the favorites, representing a more demanding market segment and with a permanent demand. At the same time, the number of new housing transactions has also been increasing in the surrounding areas, in new neighborhoods like Pallady, Popești-Leordeni or Berceni area.
