A Palm Beach Gardens investor, 2534 Morse LLC, managed by Jonathan Bernstein Consulting Corp, acquired an art gallery and office building in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood for $10.8 million. The deal was completed with a $6.2 million loan from C1 Bank.
Located at 2534 N. Miami Ave., the two-story building offers 18,870 square feet and sits on a 23,950 square foot site. The listing for the building, built in 1950, states that it is approved for a development project of up to 60,000 square feet. The seller, Zadok Real Estate Holdings, bought the property in 2008 for $3.2 million.
