3Z Residence is investing €10m to develop a luxury residential complex in Bucharest’s Unirii area. Construction has already started, with completion set for the end of 2019. Carmen Sylva Royal Class Apartments will include 66 two-, three- and four-room units as well as two penthouses with private swimming pools. There will be green spaces in the inner courtyard and a closed-top pool on the top floor. The Concept Group will oversee the sales campaign.
