Nearly 48,000 sqm of new space were delivered to Warsaw’s office market in the first quarter of 2012, according to the latest report of WRF (Warszawskie forum analityków). Warsaw’s market saw six new office buildings come on line over the first three months of the year, and only one of them was in the city center. Over the same period, 125,000 sqm of space was leased in Q1 2012 with 73 percent of the agreements concerning space located on the town’s outskirts. That’s a 6 percent decrease from figure recorded in the the fourth quarter of 2011.
