6B47 Poland, a company that specializes in turning vacant office building into residential space, has started operating on the Polish market. The company is a JV between local businessman MirosÅaw Januszko and private investors from Germany and Austria, where the strategy has already been implemented. 6B47 Poland has signed six letters of intent and one preliminary agreement.
āWarsawās office market is highly challenging at the moment, with vacancy rates at 15 percent. As companies are moving into new, more advanced buildings, the empty space creates investment possibilities,ā Januszko said.
