6B47 has acquired a property of 3,000 sqm of space in Pforzheim, Germany. By 2019, 6B47 is set to develop a mixed-use project of about 10,700 sqm area. The complex is planned to be built at the address Durlacher Straße 58-60 and Belfortstraße 15-17. The seller of the property is Fuhrmann-Müller-Nübling-Mohr GbR. The total investment volume amounts to approximately €25m. The construction is set to start in summer 2018. The planned compex includes 35 residential units with 76 parking spaces and a five-storey Holiday Inn Express hotel with 140 rooms. Tristar is the operator. Hotel Affairs Consulting advised on the deal.
