A joint venture of SL Green and Renaissance Office Partners has sold the 7 Renaissance Square office building in White Plains, New York to EPIC, LLC, for $ 20.7 million. Located in downtown White Plains next to the Ritz Carlton Complex, the 73,321 sqf building traded for just over $232 per sqf. Jeffrey Dunne, Steven Bardsley and Travis Langer of CBRE’s Institutional Properties (in collaboration with William Cuddy) represented the joint venture during the sale. “As the newest office building in White Plains, coupled with its easy accessibility and highly amenitized location, 7 Renaissance Square provides an exceptionally high quality business environment for current and future tenants,” said Jeffrey Dunne, CBRE.
