BBI Development has sold nearly 70 percent of the residential space in the Mennica housing component of its Centrum Praskie Koneser in Warsaw. It also sold 40 percent of housing space in the project’s Wytwórnia unit. The scheme’s Dyrekcja office building is already completely occupied. “We’re very pleased with the commercialization process of the entire Centrum Praskie Koneser project,” the CEO of BBI Development, Michał Skotnicki, told the website The City.

Skotnincki adds that his company is now seeking to enrich the project’s leisure and service offers. “Along with our partner, Liebrecht&Wood, we’re looking to add some new offers for the residents in all five buildings. We should also take into consideration the project’s size, which could be compared to Warsaw’s old city.”
