Himmel + Meringoff Properties has secured a $60 million refinancing loan for its mixed-use 729 Seventh Avenue in New York City. Built in 1915 and standing 17 stories, the 172,000 square foot building is located between West 48th and 49th streets. Tenants include Columbia University, Playbill and the Actors Fund. Meridian Capital Group arranged the 12-year loan with a 4.25 percent fixed rate through Signature Bank. Loan proceeds will be used to upgrade the office section of the building.
