7R has started construction on a new logistics park in Sosnowiec in the Silesian Voivodeship. The investment, 7R Park Sosnowiec, will offer 23,000 sqm in three buildings. The general contractor is Atlas Ward. Completion is planned for the third quarter of this year. The first tenant is a logistics operator that will occupy a 10,000 sqm BTS facility. “7R Park Sosnowiec is another of our developments in Silesia. We observe a significant investment potential in this region, and we are planning further projects for companies that want to open their branches here,” said Maciej Krawiecki, 7R’s leasing director. “Also because of a growing number of our customers operating from Silesia, we have decided to open 7R’s fourth office here.”
