7R has opened an urban warehouse within its 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics line in Łódź. 7R City Flex Łódź I is located on the east side of the city along the A1 motorway. The property was fully leased before its official opening. “The facility in Łódź is our first officially opened and not the last warehouse in Central Poland. There is a huge business potential, and this is why we have more projects in the pipeline for this region. We are especially proud of our Łódź project because of its location and visibility, everyone entering the city is welcomed by our logo at the ring road on the motorway,” said Tomasz Lubowiecki, president of 7R.
