Developer 7R is developing a BTS warehouse facility in Goleniów for Hultafors Group. The investment will offer 30,000 sqm of usable space and will be the country’s first class A automated warehouse which uses the AutoStore system. The building will receive a BREEAM Very Good certificate. Completion is scheduled for February 2021. CBRE advised the Hultafors Group during the transaction process. “The A-class BTS development, equipped with the AutoStore system for the Hultafors Group, will be constructed according to our eco 7R Green concept. This approach primarily focuses on maximizing energy efficiency through the use of modern solutions, such as photovoltaic panels and sockets for charging electric cars,” said Karol Górnicki, BTS leasing manager at 7R.
