7R is planning to start construction of 7R Park Warsaw West I. The investment will consist of two A class facilities totalling 16,500 sqm. The first building, which has a GLA of 9,200 sqm, has already been leased to one of the largest logistics companies in the country specializing in courier services. The buildings have been designed to accommodate standard warehouse space as well as light production. 7R Park Warsaw West I is BREEAM certified. It’s the developer’s second project in Mazovian district this year.
7R has also started construction of a Small Business Unit in Łódź at Rokicińska street, as part of the 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics brand, which the company has been rolling out since the second quarter of 2018. “It is our response to growing customers’ demand for facilities located within city boundaries with a flexible arrangement enabling warehouse, production or showroom space together with A class office space,” said Bartłomiej Krawiecki, 7R Board Member. 7R City Flex Łódź I with the total GLA of 8 3000 sqm, is the first 7R’s facility in Łódź and fourth one out of the urban warehouse concept within Poland.
