A specialized facility for Cefea will be developed at 7R City Flex Warsaw Airport I. The project will go up on Działkowa street in Warsaw and will offer 3,500 sqm. The facility is being constructed to fulfill Cefea’s needs in regards to the manufacturing, distribution and import of pharmaceutical products. The tenant will move into 7R City Flex Warsaw Airport I in July. Axi Immo advised Cefea during lease negotiations.
“Cooperating within the BTS formula allows us to plan and implement a number of solutions at an early stage of development work, which will guarantee the standard required by the pharmaceutical industry. Examples include rooms with rigorously controlled air temperatures of 15 to 20 degrees celsius, as well as surfaces specifically designed for cold-chain manufacturing,” said Maciej Krawiecki, head of leasing at 7R.
