7R is planning to build a complex of modern warehouse facilities in Lublin. The scheme, 7R Park Lublin, will offer 110,000 sqm in five buildings. The project is currently in the planning and design phase. The developer was supported by CBRE in the analysis of the economic potential and the choice of location. “Our Lublin complex, due to its location in the city, will offer a range of multi-functional facilities. This will include large warehouse halls as well as areas adapted for light production operations and small units of about 2,000 sqm, which are a unique feature of our City Flex urban warehouses,” said Maciej Krawiecki, head of leasing at 7R. “By combining different types of buildings in one logistics park, we will create a flexible offer which will meet the diverse needs of tenants.”
