7R purchased a plot in Konstantynów Łódzki, central Poland, where it develop a new industrial facility totaling of 32,000 sqm. To go up on Inwestycyjna street, 7R Park Łódź West is the developer’s second project in the Łódź region following the completion of 7R City Flex Łódź I. CBRE was advising in the land acquisition process. “Looking at the high demand for warehouse space in central Poland, we have decided to grow our portfolio in this region. The project in Konstantynów Łódzki is already benefiting from access to the brand new S14 West ring road. 7R Park Łódź West’s location is ideal for national and international distribution,” said Bartłomiej Krawiecki, board member of 7R SA.
