A new complex is set to break ground within the 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics line project. 7R City Flex Wrocław will offer 25,000 sqm in two buildings. The project will target tenants who want priority to the city center. Commissioning is planned for the third quarter 2020. “The site where 7R City Flex Wrocław is being constructed is perfect for this type of investment. The airport, the city ring road, the railway station and a well-developed public transport network make this place attractive to workers, and they guarantee highly efficient product distribution to the future tenants,” said Maciej Krawiecki, head of leasing at 7R.
