Polish logistics developer 7R is planning to set up a network of small business unit (SBU) warehouses across Poland under its 7R City Flex brand. Tenants will be able to sign one joint contract to lease warehouse space in several different locations as part of the City Flex program. All warehouses will be situated within the administrative boundaries of the selected cities, with access to roads and public transport. The projects will be BREEAM-certified.
