$90m funding found for Surfside Antonio Citterio-designed resi project

Israel-based ASRR Capital and partner Suzer Group of Turkey have obtained a $90 million construction loan for a new condominium building on Collins Ave. in Surfside. Named after the project’s designer, Arte by Antonio Citterio will house 16 units in 12 stories. The building is the first in the United States for Antonio Citterio, a Milan-based architect and furniture designer. The units will be delivered furniture ready and each unit will have access to air conditioned garage spaces for three cars. Common amenities inside the tower will include a spa and indoor and outdoor pools with a building across the street featuring a garage, cigar room, golf simulator, club room and rooftop tennis courts. Hunton & Williams LLP advised the borrower in the transaction. The loan was originated by Bank Leumi USA, which also acted as administrative agent.
