The Hyde Midtown Suites & Residences project on NE 1st Ave. has topped off in Miami. The $98 million luxury condo-hotel project, a joint venture between Moss & Associates, The Relate Group and Dezer Development, consists of 410 residential units and 60 hotel suites. Totaling 480,000 sqf, the 34-story building will feature a music lounge and bar, a pool terrace with Biscayne Bay and skyline views, retail spaces and a six-story parking garage. The project broke ground in September 2015 and is slated for completion in October 2017.
