Dedeman has decided not to move forward with plans to acquire AFI Park 1-3 in Bucharest. The news comes after the company pulled the plug on its purchase of the AFI Park 4 & 5 office building. Following discussions between the Dedeman and AFI Europe, it was mutually agreed to cancel the agreement. AFI Park is a business park in the immediate vicinity of the AFI Cotroceni mall and includes five office buildings with a total leasable area of 70,000 sqm. The office park is fully leased.
