Europa Capital LLP, in partnership with Europa Fund IV, sold the Cubus office building in Düsseldorf-Seestern to PGIM Real Estate. The purchase price was not disclosed. Europa Capital acquired the 16,800 sqm property together with the adjacent Innside Hotel in 2013. Following a refurbishment and implementation of energy-saving measures, Cubus is currently fully leased to 16 tenants. The lease agreement with Adecco, the anchor tenant, was also restructured. Innside Hotel was sold to Quadoro on behalf of Vescore Sustainable Real Estate Europe in February. Anteon and Clifford Chance advised the seller. The buyer was advised by Blackbear Real Estate.
