Europa Capital has sold its Budapest office portfolio, which includes Kálvin Square and CityZen, for €60m. The buyer is KGAL, a European asset and investment manager, which acquired the assets on behalf of institutional investors. The portfolio, totaling 26,000 sqm, will be managed by ConvergenCE, KGAL’s local partner. ConvergenCE Hungary provided investment acquisition, local asset, property and project management services to Europa Capital.
