Grupa Pracuj, one of the fastest-developing tech companies in Central Europe, will move into the Astris office building in Kraków. “The key reasons for setting up our Kraków office in Astris were its prime location with easy access to it both by car and by public transport, and modern IT solutions. In addition, Astris is a class A building providing all the conveniences associated with class A office space,” said Agnieszka Kozioł, senior acquisitions and administration specialist at Grupa Pracuj.
The property offers 13,000 sqm of leasable space, a car park with 160 parking spots as well as more than 70 bicycle stands. Astris is currently undergoing the LEED Gold certification process. Astris is the investor of the newly constructed building, while Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for its commercialization.
