The development company behind the scheme, Dido, was founded more than 20 years ago but this will be its first project in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The investor intends to complete the new luxury residential community as soon as possible at a cost of around €8m. Domestic companies will be in charge of the work, which will take around 18 months to complete.
