Savills in Prague has appointed Eva Frydrychova as property manager for the Czech Republic and for Slovakia effective Aug. 1. She will be working with the company’s head of property management Petr Machula. Frydrychova has been active in the property sector for the past 10 years, having worked in project management as well as property management on projects such as development of the Diamant building on the Wenceslas Square, and as a property manager of office buildings Jindřišská 16 and Jungmannova 15 owned by Immofinanz Group. Prior to Savills, she was working at EPG Global Property Invest. Her studies were carried out in the United Kingdom and the USA, as well as in Prague at the Czech Technical University’s faculty of Civil Engineering.
