Baltimore-based commercial real estate investment and management company, Continental Realty Corporation, has hired David Hoyle to the position of Regional Property Manager for its Multifamily Division. In his new role, Hoyle will oversee the day-to-day property management functions for a portion of the company’s portfolio of apartment communities, which consists of nearly 10,000 units located in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions of the country. Prior to joining Continental, Hoyle worked for Home Properties as Regional Property Manager and held management-level positions with Morgan Properties and Archstone-Smith. Hoyle studied economics at the University of Maryland at Baltimore County.
“With the recent addition of several high-profile multifamily communities, we were in need of a seasoned property management professional to provide strong leadership and industry knowledge throughout our growing portfolio,” explained Scott Hamlin, Director of Property Management for the Multifamily Division of Continental Realty Corporation. “We were impressed with David’s demonstrated success in this sector, and have extreme confidence in his ability to stabilize and expertly manage numerous properties. Our plan is to continue to acquire value-add multifamily communities.”
