A trio of Callahan Construction Managers, A.W. Perry and Boston Andes Capital have kicked off construction of Brio, a multifamily property in Hingham, Mass. Located at 10 Shipyard Drive on 2.5 acres, the four story, 160,000 square foot scheme will house 77 high end one and two-bedroom condominiums. The building, overlooking the Hingham Shipyard, will feature 160 indoor and outdoor parking spaces with an expected completion date of 2018. “With our previous experience in the construction of properties in the Hingham Shipyard, we’re thrilled to partner with A.W. Perry and BAC in delivering a high-end residential component to this thriving community. This project stands to revive a previously underutilized site and expand access to the waterfront,” said Callahan Construction Managers President Patrick Callahan, in a prepared statement.
