Metro Commercial Real Estate has been awarded property management assignments for two retail clients, The Kaiserman Company and Clarion Partners. The Kaiserman portfolio includes 350,000 square feet of property across four locations: Barclay Farms Shopping Center in Cherry Hill, NJ, Kevon I & II Office Centers in Pennsauken, NJ, and Olde Sproul Shopping Village in Springfield, PA. The assignment marks the first time in Kaiserman’s 90+ year history that the company has outsourced property management. Clarion Partners awarded Metro both property management and leasing responsibilities of The Shoppes at Susquehanna Marketplace, a 110,000 sqf lifestyle center in Harrisburg, PA.
