Siemens is considering relocating to new office space in Bucharest once its current lease at West Gate expires in December 2018. At the top of the company’s list is Campus 6, which Skanska is currently developing in the city’s Iuliu Maniu neighborhood. Siemens would take between 4,500 and 5,000 sqm. However, company representatives indicated that Siemens would also be open to renewing its existing contract at West Gate.
