Delta Holding profits rise as it eyes two projects in EU

Delta Holding revenues is reporting that its half-year revenues for 2017 reached RSD 30bn, which represents a jump of 16 percent from the same period in 2016. It means that the company’s pre-tax profits grew 45 percent to RSD 2.7bn. Delta Holding is currently preparing for the construction of a new hotel in the Serbian capital, the Intercontinental Hotel and is also working on a new shopping mall at Belgrades Autokomanda. In addition, the developer’s newest 5-star scheme, Intercontinental Hotel in Ljubljana is due to open in August, following an investment of €50m. Construction began in June on a new shopping mall in Banja Luka, Republika Srpska, an investment expected to run to €70m whose doors should open in 2018. In a new initiative, the company claims it will begin two projects in the European Union by the end of the year.
