Wioletta Nowotnik was named senior portfolio manager in the property and asset management department at Savills. Nowotnik has 11 years of real estate management experience. She previously worked for Orco Poland and Knight Frank. She managed Immofinanz’s property portfolio, totaling 220,000 sqm, and maintained relations with more than 160 tenants. She was the key account manager for the entire Immofinanz portfolio managed by Knight Frank.
