Miami-based Monument Real Estate Services has hired Alisha Huntsinger to serve as vice president of operations from the firm’s Charlotte, North Carolina office. She will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and will be working with a leadership team managing 20 communities across the north and southeast regions. Huntsinger’s previous experience includes affordable housing from project-based Section 8, Hope VI, public housing and LIHTC as well as conventional housing ranging from luxury, student housing, mixed-use and workforce housing. “As we continue to expand our multi-family portfolio, Alisha’s addition to our group further enhances our senior leadership team and her diverse skill set will allow us to continue to enrich the lives of our teams and residents,” said Jaime Rauscher, COO of Monument Real Estate Services.
