Sarasota-based homebuilder Neal Communities has hired Michael Agins as vice president of sales and marketing for the company’s south Florida region. Agins will be responsible for regional sales and marketing and will oversee the south region design team and be involved in the development of condominium communities. Prior to joining Neal Communities, Agins served as General Sales Manager for the Pulte Group. He is a graduate of the University of Florida. “Michael is a smart, thoughtful, dynamic and a personable leader,” says Neal Communities Southwest Florida Regional President Michael Greenberg in a statement. “With his expertise, we know that he can further help the south region grow and look forward to him being a part of the Neal team for many years to come.”
