In a deal worth €62.3m, Commerz Real sold the Quatron office complex in Düsseldorf to AEW Europe, which bought the property on behalf of its City Office Germany special fund. Located in the city’s Mörsenbroich district, Quatron offers approximately 22,000 sqm of leasable space. The project had been part of Commerz Real’s closed-ended real estate fund CFB 145 since its completion in 2004. Commerz Real is also the main tenant. The current lease agreement runs until 2022. The seller was advised by Colliers International on the transaction, while Hogan Lovells Düsseldorf provide legal consultation.
