Knauf leased 1,300 sqm of office space on the 12th floor of the Altus skyscraper, the tallest building in Upper Silesia. Colliers International represented the tenant in lease negotiations. The 30-story mixed-use Katowice building offers more than 63,000 sqm of space. The property features service points, restaurants, a fitness club and underground parking for more than 560 cars along. āThe dynamic development of the modern business services sector in Katowice and the increase in the supply of modern office space encourage investors such as Knauf to locate their BPO, IT and SSC centers here. We can assume that Silesia will soon welcome tenants absent so far in this region,ā said Barbara Pryszcz, regional director at Colliers International in Katowice.
