Samuel Sporka, head of the industrial agency and tenant representation at JLL Slovakia, has been promoted to associate director. With nine years of experience on the Slovak real estate market, Sporka advises tenants and landlords in regards to leasing and acquisitions as well as the disposal and development of their industrial and logistic spaces. He is also responsible for business development and the acquisition of new clients. Since 2016, he has led a team which over the last 18 months has helped landlords and tenants lease more than 260,000 sqm of warehouse and industrial space in Slovakia. Prior to this, Sporka was part of JLL’s office and tenant Representation department for two years.
