BEOS, the Berlin-based project developer and asset manager, has signed a new tenant for the newly opened NOVA Neufahrn Gewerbepark. Toray Industries Europe, a subsidiary of the Japanese chemical group Toray Industries, will lease 3,025 sqm of production area and 525 of office space. Colliers International advised on the 10-year deal. “The acquisition of the new hi-tech tenant shows the individuality of our corporate properties. Toray Industries Europe enriched the already wide range of tenant mix,“ commented Daniel Fielitz, Senior Project Manager at BEOS.
