BVK buys $283m mixed use building in Miami Beach

German investment fund Bayerische Versorgungskammer (BVK) has acquired a mixed use building in Miami Beach for $283 million. The 146,327 square foot property at 1111 Lincoln Road features 94,488 sqf of office space, 51,839 sqf of retail space, and a 300 space parking garage/event space. The deal also includes the retail space at 1664 Lenox Avenue and 1666 Lenox Avenue, both of which are newly constructed. The buyer completed the purchase with a $66.85 million mortgage provided by Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mBh. The building, which sits at the northwest entrance of the Lincoln Road mall, was sold by developer Robert Wennett.
