JLL is launching a new Polish office in 艁贸dz and has appointed Marta Pyziak to head the unit. Marta Pyziak was previously a member of the facility advisor team responsible for managing Dell鈥檚 real estate portfolio in Poland, Russia, Kazakhstan, Baltic states and Ukraine.
Currently, JLL has four offices in Poland (in Warsaw, Krak贸w, Wroc艂aw and Tri-city). The company has been providing advisory services to tenants and office landlords in 艁贸d藕 for several years now and is currently acting as the exclusive leasing and marketing agent for the Monopolis mixed-use project.
