Virginia-based Markel Eagle Partners has selected CBRE Richmond to lease two medical office buildings to be built at GreenGate, a mixed used development in Short Pump. The buildings, named MOB I and II, will encompass 45,000 square feet offering 15,000 square feet per floor. The project is a 75-acre pedestrian-centric district that will feature 230 single family and townhome residences and retailers. Construction on the three-story medical office buildings will kick off this summer. āWe are thrilled to partner with Markel l Eagle to market and lease the medical office properties at Green Gate,ā Malcolm Randolph, senior vice president of CBRE Richmond, said in a statement.
