Hochtief Polska was hired to build the second phase of Vastint Poland’s Business Garden Wrocław. The phase includes six office and service buildings with a total leasable area of 79,000 sqm. The project was designed in accordance with the LEED Platinum sustainability standard. Construction is scheduled to begin in August, with completion set for November 2019. “We are delighted to continue the successful cooperation with our client Vastint Poland for whom we have already realized a similar large-scale project – Business Garden in Warsaw – and two office buildings Brama Portowa I and Brama Portowa II in Szczecin,” said Henryk Liszka, CEO of Hochtief Polska.
