Wunderlich retained as director by Cushman & Wakefield in Connecticut

Carl Wunderlich has rejoined Cushman & Wakefield as Director for the Westchester and Connecticut markets. Wunderlich will be responsible for tenant and landlord representation, with a focus on the retail and suburban markets of Westchester and Fairfield County, Connecticut. Most recently, Wunderlich worked with Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc. where he served as a Senior Leasing Representative. Prior to this role, he was a Associate Director for Retail Services at Cushman & Wakefield.
