Kuehne + Nagel leased 10,000 sqm at a logistics park owned by Invest4SEE in Dubnica nad Váhom in Slovakia. The logistics provider is taking 10,000 sqm to serve its client Považský cukor, a member of the Nordzucker Group. The company needs to optimize its storage network in the region and centralize distribution to retailers into a single center, writes Trend.sk. CBRE Slovensko represented Považský cukor in the transaction. Kuhne + Nagel won the tender to provide logistics services. The Dubnica park currently has just 5,400 sqm of available space, with additional lease agreements under negotiation. Invest4SEE is planning to break ground shortly on a second phase of the project, which will add 15,000 sqm in the DC2 building. Continental, Heineken and Delta also lease space at the park.
