Echo Investment laid the foundation stone at its new mixed-use project in Warsaw’s Wola district. Going up between Grzybowska, Wronia, Chłodna and Krochmalna streets, the Browary Warszawskie quarter will include modern office and residential buildings as well as restored historic buildings. Echo already secured a building permit for an 11-story office building located at Grzybowska and Wronia streets. The building will include 13,000 sqm of offices and 1,100 sqm of retail and service space. Construction is scheduled to start in July. The building will be called Offices at the Gate, a reference to the nearby Brewery Gate public square.
